        Terrible service. Always Shop at Auckland airport when flying but first time buying Kate spade in New Zealand. Didnt speak to me until I asked about a product, then she finally engaged. Will not be returning again unfortunately.

        Absolutely horrible service... DO NOT BUY For a reputable global brand, you would expect high level of service from staff at their Auckland Airport Retail Store. I was serviced by an individual called Nala (not even sure if she gave me her real name) who was not only unprofessional and rude but had the audacity to literally say in front of other customers to say go ahead and complain to my Manager regarding her service! As a luxury goods buyer, I will never purchase a Kate Spade bag again, I would rather buy other global brands out there... If I was Kate Spade Management, I would immediately get rid of this employee... You have lost a regular customer for life!
