        I had an eyeliner tattoo, which looked good. Very fine, which is what I wanted. Went back for the second tattoo top up, ans it was supposed to reinforce the first. It covers almost all of my eyelid now!!! I hate, hate, hate it. Don't know what she was thinking. It's so, so ugly. Don't go here. Service: Permanent makeup
