Yesterday on 8 of March 2023 When I was on the bus with my partner the bus driver that drove the 361 bus RT number is 9016 from Manukau to Tui Road Papatoetoe was driving to traffic and was not look at what he was doing on the road the All of a sudden he slammed on his breaks on the bus and me and my partner and a bunch of other passengers went flying forward and back on your seats which was not good at all cause I got injured really bad as I injured my left arm and shoulder and my lower back to the point that my partner had to take me to the doctor's to get checked out I will have to go back to the doctor's to get reviewed and maybe get an xray to see if I have broken or sprained my arm or shoulder or my lower back if that the case I hope my partner get an email or call back to see if the bus company has shortened out what has happened if no then we will be coming to the bus company to speak to the manager to Demand a apology from the bus driver for what he has done to me and to also apologize to my partner this should have never happen at all the bus driver needs to be more careful and Concentrate on his driving He is so lucky that nobody else is barely injured

Recently we took a large group of young school children on a trip. Merv, our driver, was just wonderful. Not only was his driving up to a good standard but he proved to be kind and very considerate as well. And then, when we went on a 2nd trip that week, our pleasure at finding out he was our driver again, was immense. Thank you, Merv.

Tidy yard, clean buses. Helpful staff allowed me to park the DORA bus there overnight and checked some wheel nuts for tightness.
