Toxic work environment, Not good manager, favours some people over others, rehired a lazy person to become a supervisor for dispatch, got asked to go for my forklift licence but was told that I had to pay half and company pays half ( didn't go because of this issue I said wasn't ready first then second time he asked me to go I just stayed home, other jobs fully pay you to go sit your licence for free plus a day pay and some jobs do there licence on site, manager thought I listen to a previous supervisor of dispatch to not get it ) but some people that the managers favours get their licence paid in full( heard from a former employee that he had to pay too then one person that the manager favours said the manager told him that he was paid in full to go sit the licence , he was not happy) in the office they talk behind your back and when they come out they say to your face you're very good.
