        The last 4-5 times I have used them, they have forgotten to pick me up after I have called them, and I often have to ring twice before they come. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to get picked up each time. There are so many better parking places around - follow the ratings and you'll be better served elsewhere.

        I wouldn't recommend using them if you arrival back to NZ is in the evening. we waited over 30mins for our shuttle, while a different company had multiple shuttles come by where one even saw us twice and asked if everything was OK. when the driver finally arrived, he never got out and told us to get in the van with our luggages even though there's a trailer attached to the van for this specific purpose. This must be a safety concern. we had to hold on to our luggage tightly to prevent it from moving around the van.

        If I could leave 0 stars I would. Waited 40 mins for pick up. Go for aero park or one of the others that come around regularly. Hopeless
