I'll never use this business again!!! My hot water cylinder drain line was leaking water. It supposed a small job to replace valves on hot water cylinder. A professional plumber should prepare well and should come to the site just once can quickly fix the problem. He came on site for 1 hour 45 minutes but did not finish the job. He second time came on the site for 45 minutes. Its not a professional way of doing a job without preparing and need to come twice. The worst part is charging me 5 hours on labour and total cost is $1261.78 just for replacing valves. I am very shocked at how much we were charged. Stay away!!!" Service: Water heater repair

F$&@!!! They are bad. Unprofessional and an absolute rip off. Fricken charged for a so-called professional (who did not fix the problem), and an apprentice who did nothing. Avoid at all cost. Some of the worst Ive ever experienced. Stay away!!!

Plumber arrived to fix my hot water cylinder, after 10 minutes realised it was an electrical fault and called in an electrician. He came that evening and replaced a broken component in 10 minutes. Seemed alright until I received a bill for over $300! Call out fees and 1 hour of labour charged for the plumber that did nothing, and a huge electrician bill that wasn't explained. Poor communication all round, no explanation of any costs in person or on their website, I'll never be using this business again.
