It was very unpleasant experience, just went today for the quote to fix my car . When we reached at reception-we stand up there for 9 minutes but the person was at reception didnt even look at us for 9 minutes. Even After that he was so rude. Thanks Ravinder Singh Natt

Will not provide a courtesy car until your insurance has approved repairs. Apparently that's company policy. Took a few months for my car to be repaired. To be fair they said there was problems getting the parts in. Communication was very poor. If the admin lady is off work then you will not get a response. The only good thing I can say was the repair work was good but communication throught was terrible.

Charge for new bumper and sign writing replacement. greg did the minimal and did not replace bumper or signwriting that he charged insurance for, stop taking my calls.took the money and run!!
