        I bought my children a kebab each this morning on the way to school. They were all placed in the same bag which was cool, but then as I walked out, the kebabs all fell straight through the bottom of the bag and on to the footpath. So I went back inside the bakery and nicely asked for a replacement but instead, was met with anger and blame. They blamed me, told me it was my fault and they got rapidly angry with me. So I then tried to explain what happened but they wouldn'tlet me get a single word in. So in the end, Ive had to raise my voice back at them and demanded a refund. To which they then claimed they couldnt speak english and were refusing my refund. I eventually got the refund as I wasnt leaving without one and I now refuse to spend money here ever again. Disgusting customer service by ALL of their staff members DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

        These people are scammers. I caught them adding more money to the total price of my purchase as i was about to pay using my card. My total order was $20.70. I put my card details in to finalize the payment but suddenly the total was $22.00 Scammers
