        Booked in my car for a service at 1230. Instead of waiting there with my 2 boys decided wed go to the local shops and the receptionist agreed it was fine and theyd call when the car was done. An hour and a half had passed and Im thinking surely its done by now and theyve just forgotten to call. Head back for the car to be parked in the same spot UNTOUCHED. Incredibly frustrating. Will not be returning.
