        Stylist was informative, polite and very talkative. I gave this place 2 stars because the entire experience and the outcome of my final look. The colour was not what i asked for. I can see my roots. The professionalism was absent. It was like a hangout for girls not ladies. The loo was out of service which made 5 hours of processing that much more uncomfortable. The cleanliness was also absent.
