Super helpful when my normal supplier let me down. Delivered a pellet of ice on the same day I needed it, and at a better price!

I hired Polar Ice to deliver approximately 200kg of ice for a wedding at Highwic House. The driver attempted delivery and found that the gate was too small for the truck to fit through. From the picture he sent to his home office I can see that the gate was not wide enough for the truck to enter and although your driver made the attempt to contact someone, no one attempted to get in touch with me, the person that hired you. A refund of the delivery fee was refused because they claim the ice was delivered. I strongly disagree with your claim that the ice was delivered to the venue as IT WAS NOT. It was delivered to an invited guest for him to deliver himself. I would have thought that a reputable company from the area would be familiar with wedding venues in that area. Was I wrong! Even the company that delivered and set up the huge marquis was able to fit through the gate and keep their promise. At least you know now and won't give any other prospective clients the same scare you gave this young couple.
