Receptionist need to learn how to speak over the phone and behave . They even say that they don't care if you change the clinic's.

Dr. Raj and nurses are really helpful, but Dr GopalRao Chebbi is very rude, doesnt know how to talk with patient, Nurse did all the checkups because i had breathing problem but when i see doctor he ignore me at all not even come close to me for checkup, start yelling at me. It was a worst experience with Gopalrao, He shouldnt be doctor at all if he has no patience.

either they have decided to close the service or not to answer phone for appointments. How can a clinic's phone been unanswered from 9.00 am to 10 a.m. shall we change our doctors look like they don't care ?

They need to bring back the old receptionist ladies that were there for years. The doctors are really good and welcoming but the receptionist ladies will sit around and do nothing, not even answer calls and they seem to be confused like theyve never had experience in the job before.
