Terrible experience, bad tenants were put into my rental in early 2021 without proper reference checking being carried out by Barfoot's, these tennants had a long history of damage. "I was told by a member of their staff this rental manager had done this to a number of landlords causing untold misery " A horrible year followed for me as a result of this along with incompetence from the Barfoot's rental team to manage the suitation, even advising me to stop driving past my property after I had received a complaint from the neighbors. At the end of teancy they were willing to talk about compensation then suddenly changed their mind and denied all wrong doing and hid behind their lawyer implying I had made the suitation up. If I could give a negative rating I would.
