UPD: Good things, they read these reviews. Another good thing, they did they best to fix what can be fixed. I updated it to 4 star in a hope, they would improve their processes. In two word -- doesn't worth your time. - completely unorganized back office - no payment confirmation after bank transfer -- spent 1.5 hours on phone to confirm my payment received -- then they called me saying they won't install my ACs if I don't pay urgently -- what? - installation team late for an hour -- because they were sent to another order -- why? - part of the installation team didn't come, so didn't complete as promised. - had to call the office and arrange installation competition myself. Another hour or waiting. - the installation was NOT tested for proper functioning at all: mechanical ppl was not able to test because was not powered, an electrician could not test because not educated for that activity. - obviously, no one called to confirm, neither for feedback. - inlets were not properly sealed. - they don't present any plans what they are going to do, so need careful supervision.

Requested my yearly service of both heat pumps and it was really easy, just contact their office, arrange time and date, they let you know the pricing up front, and arrived when they agreed to, Completed the service, left the check list, too easy Oxygen air, Cheers
