        The indian boy needs to take up a customer service management course for his attitude. I have called 2 times spoken with the receptionist but share with the indian boy and just runs his mouth without listening. If you want customers to respect your company and return for jobs to be done then show respect. The job itself of reconditioning and replacement parts is too expensive and should remove GST.
