Caci Glenfield

Had to give 2-3 stars as I have been with Glenfield Clinic for a few years and always enjoyed coming here. This week I had chosen to quit as I am finding that the communication is becoming poor. I was booked for an appointment (that was booked weeks ago) only to find out that I was not booked. There was no courtesy text to inform me. Disappointing to find out on the day as I live 45 minutes away from the clinic. This has happened to me more than twice already. The explanation I was given is that the therapist had been transferred to another clinic - such a lame excuse for not following up with your clients. My payments are all up to date so really upset about this service. Hopefully other customers wont have this experience. Please improve your communication.

Absolutely love my Monthly facials done by Toni at Glenfield, but all the girls who work there are amazing. Always giving top quality advice for skincare and concerns. 5 star self care and service

Theyve accommodated me and made me feel heard and understood without pressuring me into anything I had any doubt about and giving me plenty of time to think about treatments and solutions. Thank you

Its a bit disappointing that different franchises dont work together to support clients. I have paid over $2,000 for my treatment and there is no option to move to a clinic closer to home for the remainder of my treatment.

Thank you Lauren and the team! I really appreciated the time spent answering all my questions and the membership option has been perfect for me, the treats have been well enjoyed! Very professional staff and lovely clinic space.
