We spent a significant amount on paying this company to replace every window, ranch slider and door in our house when we reclad in 2018. Over the last year our front doors had started to rust from the inside out, to which the rep from this company agreed was unusual and hadn't seen before. . Tried to pull the "no longer under warranty" card (note: front doors apparently should only last 3 years...) and only agreed to fix it because our amazing reclad company tried to help. However It's been SEVEN months trying to organize a replaced front door and still no luck... Terrible service, would not recommend.
