We have just completed a bathroom renovation and I would like to compliment Rod and Nicol Renovations for making it a painless and even enjoyable experience. Right from when we contacted Rod for a quote he was responsive, thorough and open in his dealings with us. The actual works went exactly according to Rod's plan, on time to the day and exactly on budget. Rod kept us updated at all times and there were no surprises. Rod's many years of hands-on experience were obvious from the start and I have no doubt that he pre-empted many issues that might have been a problem otherwise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROD AND HIS TEAM. After getting 3 other renovation specialist in prior to Rod we put off doing any work due to the extensive time frames given and high costs. From the time of contacting Rod to completion we were blown away with his efficiency, detail of planning and clear communication. The result is beyond what we thought was possible and within our budget. Rod helped us all the way from our very vague desire to 'do up the kitchen and bathroom' to a completed renovation that we couldn't be happier with. Rod's skills with design, communication, constraints, and his knack for project management in the face of the inevitable changes and bumps along the way are all top notch. We'd use his services again at the drop of a hat. The trades he brought to our project were also all excellent and rightly proud of their work.
