Petal Cupcakes and Coffee

Great place for cupcakes but Minus stars for the coffee. The girl behind the counter clearly doesn't want to make her customers happy as she does what she wants even after clear instructions on how I wanted the 4 large coffees. Even after remaking it, it was just as horrible.. gave up and threw it away. Such disappointment

OMG, the best cupcakes ever, which I have eaten, that too, in my 70 plus years. Awesome. My babygirl got this delivered this morning, in greeting my birthday today. And the topping, ooh, real nom nom. And the young and beautiful delivery lady, wow, what cutest PR, she possesses. Thanks heaps.

Great place for cupcakes. However not for coffee. It tasted burnt the first time and when we went to tell the girl at the counter. She agreed to make it again for us thank you. 2nd time It had a weird burnt taste.

It's so hard to find Gluten & Dairy free treats that taste delicious and are a reasonable price. I ordered these online for pick up, the online system was a breeze. The flavours were fab, they were beautifully presented, and didn't last very long before they were all eaten. Satisfied the sweet tooth for sure!

Was sent a box of cupcakes to end the week on a high, but the cupcakes never arrived. When asked was told that it was delivered without even checking on their end. Had to walk in the rain to make sure that it was not sitting on the lawn or the driveway. Was then told that the order slipped through the cracks and that ordering was turned off order at 9am, but nothing on their website saying so, was still being able to make the order and select the time and date, even their website still says same day delivery guarantee! The best remedy they could come up with was to deliver it on Monday, some 48 hours later. Its a waste of time and effort ordering from them, not even a call to apologised or to deliver over the weekend as a once off for their mistake... to even be lied to saying that there was a note on their website saying so when there is none, or maybe there is but it was not visible especially for something so important.. sad when trying to support local during lockdown but got this kind of treatment..
