They went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed, were extremely punctual and no ask was too big. Everything was taken care of seamlessly which during a time like this made all the difference. From the dignified way Alan was taken from the Hospice, prepared and presented to his family to take home, he looked at peace. Communication from Hazel was always clear and we were aware of times and expected procedures we would encounter at Alan's committal service.
