Honestly the best gym weve ever experienced! Started off with the pram 6 week challenge classes from scratch after years of not training properly and months later still going every day and loving it! Amazing planned classes, options for everyone no matter the fitness level, and Mo is so supportive and friendly too - awesome gym community and couldnt recommend it more!

It's been quite a few months since I signed and I'm so happy I did! It was extremely hard for me to find a nice fitness group that would feel like working out with friends and keep me motivated and accountable. My fitness journey wouldn't have been the same without Mo and his amazing workouts! There's a range of functional workouts and Mo always changes the sessions to keep challenging us so we don't get bored of the same which it's been always an issue for me in the past. If you struggle to find a fitness group where you feel comfortable, I 100% recommend this fitness gym

Awesome vibe & cool people! Mo is always watching to ensure we are all doing the exercises safe & effectively - Also love the variety of classes!
