I had a great experience of maintain/fixing one of my balcony door from HomePlus. I called them to see if they can help to fix my door, they booked in a free on site visit/quote. The guy Dirk is such a nice and helpful guy, ended up he helped to fix the door, also had a check with our slide door and fix the wheel problem even though the door is not from them. What a great guy and great experience:) keep up the good work and thanks Dirk :)

Very disappointing as they can not keep up with their given timeframe for installation and this was the second time.
