I had mistakenly thought the quote would be adjusted to the time actually spent cleaning rather than the full lump sum regardless, so I had needed to check everything was complete and to standard before the the cleaners left, and apparently point out missed bits. Behind sofas and the sofa cushions, inside the fridge and a couple of cupboards, window and door tracks, behind the tv, shower door and corners of flooring were not clean but I discovered these later and so I ended up cleaning quickly myself, as I had a deadline to meet. I was very disappointed to still be charged $650 (2 people for 4.5 hours) for this, especially given most rooms were empty and therefore relatively easy to clean. Not good value for money, I definitely won't be using Eco Fresh again. Services: Moving-related cleaning, Deep clean

We recently changed over to Eco Fresh Solutions for our house cleaning after getting frustrated with our old cleaner where you would get a good clean one week followed by a awful clean the next. We were recommended to Eco Solutions through a family member who had them as their cleaner. From day one they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and being quite fussy once we had the girl we wanted she became our full time cleaner and Flaka was very very good and we got a consistent good clean every time. Sadly Flaka left to go home to Europe for a family matter and was replaced with Crystal who is cleaning our home now. We were very happy before but now i must say Crystal is even better and again an absolute pleasure to have in our home. See actually pointed out where she thought things could be done to a better standard and still achieved this work in our allocated cleaning time period which we are delighted with.
