        Terrible customer service. Went in to make a booking. All the staff were sitting down having lunch, they noticed me at the counter and didnt say anything, so I assumed a receptionist was not far away. After about 5 minutes of standing there. I asked if anyone could help me. To which they couldn't, I asked why no one had even acknowledged me standing there or even to let me know someone won't be far away. The response was "oh yeah were actually all on our lunch break" Zero customer service
