        Loved the shoes as we brought x8 pairs which are gorgeous, but absolutely terrible customer service so disappointing!!! Next time Ill go to another outlet hopefully they have better service!

        Terrible customer service. I have been waiting over 3 months for them to process an exchange for an online order. I called many times but the manager was apparently never around. A lot of back and forth in the beginning when all I wanted was a confirmation that the return was processed as the girl in the store seemed confused. Ive never experienced this kind of incompetency before. I'm lost for the words I have to describe my experience here. UPDATE: It has now been 3 MONTHS and I still have not received any updates on my exchange order. I doubt after all this time they even have the style in stock.

        I have brought shoes with faulty for a return and the girl said she doesnt know how to do it and she is waiting on her manager . Its been few days I am trying to call them and they are not picking up the phone and also I went twice to the shop and the shop was closed . THE WORST EXPERIENCE
