        The girl whos in this morning, has a very bad attitude, no customer service at all. Trying to feedback that the Roblox gift card wasnt successfully loaded due to the currency not matching. I used to buy these gift cards as a present to my nephews in the Philippines and the kids dont have a problem redeeming the card. I have asked nicely and I should get the same treatment.

        Rubbish customer service, the girl with the ginger hair seems to have an attitude problem, all I did was ask for a bag, her response was a very sharp NO! WE'VE RUN OUT!.... I mean come on lady, a simple "sorry we've run out of bags" would have been so much nicer and it takes no extra effort.

        Came in two weeks ago to pick a Xbox x series console that was pre owned and the results after using it is great havent had any issues and also the console itself was in very good condition with just one tiny scratch mark not really noticeable though. Really eye catching there store with all the neat display of products. The young lady that was on had great service with a smile would definitely recommend!
