        Arrived 2pm on Sunday. Nice new building. Lots of automated ordering. Nice staff but understaffed? and filthy. Tables and seats and floor pretty much covered in food, oil and spilt drink. Decided to eat in the car...

        Possibly the worst Maccas I've been to. Nothing against the staff at all. I live close to this place so have been multiple times & more often than not there is some issue. For a new shop it should be better. The number of times there's been problems with the screens is a joke. People standing there poking & prodding and then realizing they're not working. How hard is it to stick a sign on the machine saying "Out of Order" so the public know not to waste their time?? This has happened on multiple occasions and upon mentioning it to a staff member once she said something like "we're always having trouble with them". Management need to sort it. No soft serve on a Friday night in the summer!? No cold drinks available on another!? I'm sure there's more that I've forgotten too. Been to much busier Maccas that operate better than this place. Could and should do better. Returned here 6 weeks after my original review, placed an order and the screen said "printer error, retry: yes/no so pressed yes, and got the same screen again- and again and again. So because I was expecting a printout with my number so didn't keep my eyes glued to the screen at the end of my transaction, I had no idea what my number was. Had a pee while I was waiting, the hand dryer wasn't working. When (what I thought/hoped) my order was called out, told them about the screen to which they replied "we know, we've called a technician". THAT'S NO USE TO YOUR CUSTOMER WHO DOESN'T KNOW THERE'S A PROBLEM!!! Do you think they are mind readers?? FFS HOW HARD IS IT TO GRAB A PIECE OF A4 AND A VIVID AND WRITE "PRINTER NOT WORKING, WATCH FOR YOUR NUMBER" and stick it to each screen?? They didn't even seem interested when I bought this and the hand dryer to their attention, just said have a nice night and disappeared. It's run by imbeciles who have no idea what customer service means.
