        Extremely poor communication. My first appointment was postponed on the day only for the staff to show up 15+ minutes late to the new time with no communication whatsoever to say that. My appointment actually started nearly 30 minutes late. They did a great job so I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and come back. Yesterday morning (the day of my next appointment), I got a reminder text that ended asking if it could be rescheduled again. I said no because the alternative time did not work and asked for confirmation whether or not my appointment was happening. I tried calling multiple times with no response and went to the salon in case my appointment was still on but no one was there. I still havent heard anything. I will never go here again. Waste of time.
