        The third experience from the same unfriendly nurse, leaving a huge painful haematoma which took 3 weeks to clear! Getting the needle into my vein created anxiety as well. No problem at other labs. Learnt my lesson & go elsewhere on a regular basis now.

        The phlebotomist is so quick and thorough painless experience in and out which I love, also lucky for him I have good veins am also a medical worker and know how much this helps :). the lady at the smiles dental reception was very helpful as was my first time at Ranui Lab Tests and felt confused by the set up, Thank you guys for a good experience!! If first time grab card on reception and scan the barcode take a seat hope this helps others.
