        HIGHLY recommend Dylan at WCTNZ. He helped to educate me on composting toilets, and provided me with a solution to a problem I was having with my batch compost system (not supplied by WCTNZ) There is now no smell or fly's and I feel more confident dealing with my actual s*#t. Thanks Dylan! I am now a customer of WCTNZ.

        Dylan and the team are WCTNZ could not be more helpful with great advice and thoughtful service. I bought a Bambooloo for a rental cabin with some trepidation, but its been perfect and doesn't smell at all. Nice people, good products.

        Extremely disappointed that it has been over 1 month since we paid for our composting toilet which still has not been delivered! Every time we call to inquire, the owner keeps losing our invoice. Although he promised it had been sent to us, he later said that it is still at the workshop waiting to be dispatched. We have had to now ask for a refund due to poor standards of customer service. We hope it doesnt take another month to get our money back. Be warned!
