Worst service ever, expect a one hour delay if you book with them. And don't expect to get noticed about it, neither call cause they never know where the bus is.

Ritchies bus drivers are horrible. Today my driver didnt even let me sit down and I nearly fell over and she was driving so fast it felt like she was speeding

The service from this company is terrible. The driver will shout at you for telling them to stop, and will take the wrong route taking you to a random location and telling you to get out, and when you try to talk to the driver they tell you to be quite or to get off the bus. This is one of many different occasions and is very disappointing. There is NO safety or guarantee with this company and being a student this is not something we should have to deal with.

I wish I could give -5 stars. If you accidentally left something in their bus you would never know what happened to your belongings. They don't answer the phone, they never call you back after if leave a voice message. Just horrible! I can't believe this kind of service even exists in NZ

These guys are shocking. The buses have been showing up on AT app, but then suddenly vanish. Most unreliable service. They also don't answer the phone, I guess others are complaining too - and on top of that, they don't contact you back. Truly lousy.
