1 staff ( short girl)extremely rude. Shouldn't be working at customer service or learn some manners. Tall new girl at the counter still better.

Absolute favourite store been shopping here for a couple years, such good deals! Ive always had amazing service from the young ladies who work here. So Im shocked to see reviews from quite a few Karens below do you have nothing better to do with your time? These ladies work hard and are very kind your reviews seem extremely dramatic. Take a good look at your lives and try to figure out why you are so sad that you feel compelled to write such nasty unnecessary comments about young women from behind your screens

Both staff members on 16/10/22 were pretty rude, while I was browsing the racks one came up right next to me to put clothes away, she clearly wanted me to move but didnt say excuse me just started so put them away pushing into me until I had to move. Then when I went to pay for my item, the worker named Te didnt say hello, just rang me up and when she handed the bag over she just slammed it onto the table, then did the same with the receipt, just throwing them down onto the table instead of handing them out to me. Pretty poor service

Honestly, I already complained to another staff member that was working but the fact that I'm thinking about this the next morning, leaves me to make this review. My cousin and I visited this store for the first time ever, yesterday and were left gobsmacked by the rudeness of one staff member inparticular. She was wearing a colorful dress with her hair tied in a bun and not once while we were there did she offer to help us, she was so rude with her tone and then rudely stood in front of us while angrily putting clothes on the rack leaving us to feel extremely uncomfortable. She came into the changing rooms on at least 4 occasions while we were in them and not once did she ask if we were ok. Absolutely appalled with this situation, I have PTSD with anxiety and that is the first time I've been able to go out shopping, in months. The same is true with my cousin who I was with. I'm going to call a manager today because noone should be able to make others feel unworthy and not held to account. I didn't want to continue to shop there so I only purchased one item in the end which is a dress that, I love. Sad that the thought of it is overshadowed by the attitude, of one rude staff member.
