Sadly I am posting this a year after my concreting disaster which took months to resolve. The large patio job was left to apprentices without the experience to manage the unexpected. When extensive discolouration occurred, it was suggested we caused it by putting pot plants on the new concrete. Seriously? We were away and did not place anything on the brand new concrete. Predictably instead of making things better and without leadership, the apprentices made things worse. Months later and not being able to use the patio right through summer, they stripped the coating off with chemicals which destroyed mature garden planting, promised a Kings Garden voucher which never eventuated, had to get the concrete resurfaced by another concrete specialist to be slightly exposed aggregate instead. However they did seal the concrete and promised a complimentary repeat seal. We will see if that eventuates. Services: Patio design, Concrete resurfacing

Sadly a complete disaster for us, our experience start to finish with Mike and Westend. Our dream pool project was ruined by poor workmanship, terrible communication and less than honest behaviour throughout the process. We have 15 significant cracks around the pool increasing by the day, chunks of the edge missing and we now have rust marks coming through on the edges of the concrete and tiles due to the steel being placed too close to the edge. As well as this we had several other issues along the way of which we wont detail other than to say it was a very uncomfortable experience for our family. After a long battle we received some financial relief however even now we would gladly give this up to have our pool area in the finish we were promised, our expensive project delivered on every count other than what Westend and Mike provided, the reminders are there and worsening by the day. Note - this is our first google review ever and only after a year have we felt obliged to do so to ensure people like us arent mislead. Peter and Nadine

Mike, his foreman Mark, and their team,were fantastic. My job had numerous complications, and they worked through them all and my driveway went down on time. The driveway has exceeded my expectations. It looks great, and it was obvious as I watched the concrete go down that they are seasoned professionals. Warm, friendly, easy to deal with. Thanks guys!
