Update: I've ordered through the online ordering system, and multiple times when using customer loyalty points accumulated by previous orders, I've noticed every single time the "fried" chicken has substantially less batter or no batter at all. In all honesty this seems very petty to treat customers using "loyalty" points to give them something different from what is usually ordered. If you dislike the loyalty point system so much please remove it, I would rather consistent quality in orders, rather than a "discount" to then be disappointed by the result. 1st photo is the current fried chicken, and 2nd photo is the ones bought without using loyalty points. OLD REVIEW: This place does amazing Korean style fried chicken! Well worth the visit if you're looking for a decent takeout place, though I do miss the curly fries.

This has changed ownership since last reviewed chicken was hard pieces and unable to eat. No gravy. So different from original but they are using old photos. I will not be ordering from there again We ordered uber, this is our favourite place to order from. Chicken,chips and gravy. Food delicious, would recommend highly.

I used to live near here and came in all the time, I always found it a little expensive, but it was the middle of 2021 (covid) so it was understandable, and I was happy to help out a local business. The owner would always say hello to me when I walked through the door and the quality of the food was excellent. I recently came back to visit for the first time in almost a year due to fond memories and I was extremely disappointed. I actually didn't know that they changed owners initially, but I immediately noticed that the old owner wasn't working in the shop on that particular day, and nobody bothered to greeted me (I waited for quite a while before even being acknowledged by the staff working there). After ordering and waiting 38 minutes (they quoted a 25 minute cooking time, which is in line with what I expected, based on the previous owner), I received probably the worst chicken I have ever had. After looking at the other reviews here, I see that they have a new owner which explains everything. STAY AWAY, DON'T TRUST THE REVIEWS FROM BEFORE; BECAUSE IT USED TO BE REALLY GOOD 5 stars in 2021 0 stars in 2023
