        Love the intensity, energy, workout music and great vibes Anne-Marie gave helpful guidance, since it was my 1st class at F45 Swanson. I stopped several times, so I didn't spew and I felt energised afterwards. Great cardio workout, it's just what I needed. Thank you for your recommendation Yasmin
