Gotta love the automatic response. And we are waiting again! with not even a contact to say that they are experiencing delays, or that they even accept the kardean rep's account and recommendations to fix this reoccurring issue (not that we know they have even contacted by the rep since his visit. This issue started in 2021). But hey I'll just keep wasting my time chasing up to fix up someone else's stuff up... No wonder companies are struggling if this is there 'customer service'.

I have just had the flooring replaced in my lounge, dining and kitchen areas by Floorwise Henderson. We spent a few months trying to select the right product and Terry gave us good advice right through till we made our decision. My wife and I are very pleased with the way it's turned out. I would recommend Terry and his team, for a great customer experience. I have also used Terry and his team for my property management business and they are now my "go to" flooring suppliers.
