Hairstylist was very rude and judgemental. She advise me to go to other hairdresser in the mall while her gentle colleague already quoted me price for haircut and offer to do haircut. Next I'm browsing through product , she assumed that I can't afford them and was telling me how some of the product are super expensive, I should consider a cheaper range. Our of 3 visit , this was the worst.i am not sure to go back even though I got a very nice service from the nice 'Asian ' lady. Thirdly she hardly cut my little one hair and she was done. Upon payment she was charging me over $30 on the price quoted and then agreed that she heard the original price quoted to me . The owner was there but not attending shop.i wonder how many people get treated like this and also rip off. I went to them for quality work as I'm willing to pay. Did get good service previously I don't go to places if I can't afford it. Regards Service: Hairstyling

Absolutely butchered it, came in with photos but got nothing like it. The poor young girl did not know what she was doing at all and admitted afterwards. Yet was left alone as the only hairdresser in there. Tried calling her manager to come and fix it but she wouldnt. Someone with such little experience should not be left unsupervised. I had a poor very shy upset teenager with his hair. Services: Curly hair, Hairstyling

Went here a few weeks ago to top up on my preferred shampoo and conditioner and was left feeling really disappointed about the service I received. I waited for around 15 minutes to be served and on top of that the woman who served me was extremely rude. If they hadn't been the only place nearby with what I wanted I would have shopped elsewhere!
