Scenic View Escape

Monique and Stevie helped me out in a pinch. I have an extensive tattoo done by an Auckland artist, but two weeks before she was due to colour it she cancelled. Thank goodness for Monique and Stevie, they offered to help out. Monique is an amazing artist, I am so happy with my work I can't say. Thanks again.

You'll never get a better experience. I was here a while back but the place, the trip and the owners Monique and Steve have left a mark in my memory that will never ever fade away. I'd been to Auckland once before but coming again and having the chance to meet these two amazing people made the second trip a million times better. Monique/Steve if you read this I hope you're doing well.

Wonderful introduction to New Zealand hospitality - the hosts are amazing (they are internationally renowned artists and great to hang out with), the meals were excellent (a mix of European and traditional New Zealand fare), the rooms very comfortable (well appointed, clean, bright and with little perks), and the views were superb (you can look out over the green majesty that is the North Island). I will visit again when I'm next in the South Pacific.
