If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would have. My wife tried to get a battery put in her, quite expensive Tisot, that she bought there. Big mistake; firstly she was quoted $90 , and when she queried this she was told it had to be sent out and needed a pressure test , and new seals as well. This is a ladies dress watch not water resistant in shape or from. When thus was pointed out to them the price was ammended to$86. My advice to anyone, go elsewhere., and when thwzs

Me & my husband came in over the weekend and served by Sherlee her customer service knowledge and friendly nature was exactly what any customer would expect! The other guy was also awesome (sorry didnt catch his name) our overall experience was that great we went back the next day hoping to see them both again we didnt get to see them but were still served and looked after! Thank you to the team at Henderson we will be back to see you guys again soon we are in love with our purchases

We were in your shop yesterday shopping for a watch we were served by Csilla, she was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable, Csilla went the extra mile and rung about a certain watch to get the right information, she wasn't bothered that we took time trying on what seemed to be every watch in the shop. Would highly recommend and return. Thank you
