The absolute worst business I have ever had to deal with. Very unprofessional. 1 day turned to 6 weeks, to replace ONE SMALL PIECE of my bumper. Dismantled my car without even having the part they told me they would be getting in 6 weeks!! Terrible, terrible, terrible. If I could've given zero stars I would have. They told me to bring the car in, I took the car in, only for them to say I will need to leave the car for a day. So I booked in for the next week, organized someone to pick me up when dropping the car, and paid a down payment of $200 to cover their cost of ordering the part. After this I waited 2 whole days, wondering what's going on, I called them the 3rd day, and they tell me "Oh sorry it will take 6 weeks to get the part"....... A call informing me of this would've been nice! I told them I was not happy, and also said this is very unprofessional and that I wanted a refund and that I'm on my way to pick my car up. They responded with "Oh sorry but your car is dismantled, we'll need to put it back together before you pick it up" Wth?! So they dismantled my car, without having the part, knowing that they would be waiting 6 weeks for the part?!! I am a father of two, one 12 yr old and a 1 yr old baby. You think I can be without a car for 6 weeks? Absolutely disgusted. I will never bring business to this place.
