        Liz at Strand Bags was amazing and went above and beyond help me out!! Purchased via the Strand Bags website as a Click and Collect. Turns out the bag I purchased was not in stock. Liz kindly called me to advise me of this and the bag are in transit. She asked when I was travelling to ensure it would arrive on time. Unfortunaly the bag was not going to arrive on time so she offered me an alternative bag which was bigger in size and for the same price. She also chuked in some goodies as well for the hassle of cancelling the online order and also explained how the warranty worked and gave me a demo on how to change the lock codes on the bag.
