This is the worst company to order off DO NOT order anything. They take your money then do no respond for 2 & 1/2 months then blame the post service and claim the order was shipped months ago. After investigation it was sent to the wrong person and wrong address. But still no refund or product. What a joke

This company shouldn't even be trading. Inferior product and no online communication whatever. Ordered a so called "therapeutic copper" bracelet. Did receive the item today but it looks so cheap I doubt there is any copper content at all. Chinese rip off. Be careful fellow buyers!!!!

SCAM!!! Took my money, no product, lies of refund, then NOTHING. I bet they thought they could ghost me and keep my money. I'm putting together a case to present to the Commerce Commission. If anyone feels they have been told lies or mislead, feel free to make contact with me

Total rip off, took my money and ghosted me. Has the audacity to ask for a tip at checkout but provides no customer service. Avoid this store.
