Most footwear "not cheap", but reasonable value for money (product durability and last well beyond 'the first season'. My recent 'click and collect' experience. Order ready for pickup within 2 hours. My error, wrong size orederd; quickly, simply and amicably resolved - walked out with much better fitting footwear. Team members knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Pleasant, professional at every turn. Thanks

        I went to Hannahs today at Westcity...no intention to buy however sales person was so good that I end up buying 4 pairs of shoes. Ranjani honestly you are too good. You were super energized and very friendly to deal with. I am sure I will be back very soon.
