The grown up woman that was on till number 2 at 1:34pm Wednesday 8 March. You should be ashamed of yourself for your age and your poor, weak, narrow minded customer experience! I understand it must be a miserable job that you have to serve customers like they don't matter every day. The matter of fact is customers paye your wages, and they also leave a review on how you show up to work! I would never recommend NZ post shop at New Lynn to anyone! And it doesn't deserve any stars at all, just ZERO!

Painfully slow , rude and dont care about customers at all. One of your teller was on the phone for over 15 minutes despite the queue to the door. It was on Thursday 23/2/2023 at 11.20 am. Check your camera and call record.

Very rude Indian lady. Bought a post bag, but she respond in an argumentative tone without a detailed explanation. When I asked about the tracking number, but she told me that it was my fault for not saying I needed it from the beginning. I ask a question because I need help, but she responded in a rude and aggressive tone. She doesn't know how to say please and thank you at all.
