        We wanted to install an insert fireplace into an existing chimney cavity. One installer said it couldn't be done. We visited West City Heating and told Alastair that we had a problem. His response was: we are here to solve it. And they did! It was a complex installation but at all times the approach was friendly, professional and timely. The fire they recommended, a Yunca Xander, is brilliant! We highly recommend West City Heating, the service they provided was outstanding. Service: Fireplace installations

        Just had our Chimney fixed under awkward conditions. Solomon and his team were brilliant to deal with. Clear communication, turned up early and very reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again. :) Services: Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance
