I went with my nail friend here and found the staff very wonderful and meticulous and the owner peter very funny with customers if I have time I will come back a lot

A lovely experience! They were well-staffed so I didn't have to wait long. Staff were attentative, professional and polite. I enjoyed the exfoliation and hot towel on my feet. I wasn't able to enjoy the massage chair due to pregnancy, but that was fine. I think some gentle music playing would improve the overall experience. It was also nice to see male staff working here. I look forward to my next visit.

I would give a 0 if that was an option. This was the worst service I have ever received for anything. I got lash extensions and they started falling out within 24hours. When I called the salon the following day a man answered and he was wonderful! He told me to come in and they would fix the issue. This was a Saturday and I couldn't make it back in until the Monday. By Monday I had around 40 lashes just fall out so told the receptionist. She had to wait for the technician to arrive (lied and said she wasn't working that day but she arrived 15mins afterI did). Once the technician arrived it was horrible. They stood in front of me speaking an Asian language while rolling their eyes and giggling at me. Finally I was asked if I curled my lashes, when I answered "no" they continued their conversation while looking at me disgusted. They then said I had to pay again because I had curled my lashes because they weren't that curly when they were done. The situation escalated because I didn't curly my extensions. They then called security on me. Three PI guards came to sort the situation , they were wonderful and understanding. They called the shop owner and had the following solutions, get them re done to which I declined because of their attitudes towards me. I said I don't trust these ladies, they will glue my eyes shut so I ended up getting a half price refund. This was a demeaning experience to say the least. Don't use these predators!!!!!
