        We have had agreat experience with Marcel Mauel who has helped us through the process of selling our home. His initial letter in the mail promoting his service was worded in a way that appealed to us and our situation. The difference we felt with Marcel versus others who have tried to connect with us was that Marcel listened to what we had to say and was not just hearing us. That reflected in his responses and strategy. Marcel gave us great advice on preparing our home for presentation and was very professional with promotional information and materials. We recieved the sales outcome above our expectations in the timeframe that suited us.
