        By far the worst customer service by a lady who prides herself as a manager. Theyre ok exchanging items but when it comes to a refund they stall and are less than helpful and didnt bother listening nor assisting with alternatives. Id appreciate if the owner of the Henderson branch contacts me directly.

        Asked sales staff about online prices and instore prices and sales lady automatically lost interest because I was asking why online was cheaper then instore. Poor customer service...wasn't helpful at all. Lost my business...ill never return again.
