        Went in there with a DeWt drill not working due to ceasing up, they took it for 5 minutes, had it sorted, saved me buying a $400 replacement. Very kind and professional. Thanks guys!

        took in a couple of tools in for repair. asked how long it would take- a couple of days? a week? a month? a year? throw me some kind a bone here. we will ring you sir. nope no phone call been 6 weeks now. have tried to phone many times no answer. customer sevice is non existant. would just love to be able to go get my tools and take somewhere else but not open on a saturday so will have to take time off work and get it. slack really would give zero stars if i could.
