Posting as Managing Director of Traffix - a TTM business . We have a fleet of 30+ working vehicles. We have bought 2 x LDV V80 vehicles brand new (2021) and have had them serviced by this branch as we are based locally in West Auckland. Nothing but trouble from day 1. One of the 2 V80s had a complete transmission failure at 7000km. Replaced under warranty but took weeks due to unavailable parts in the country. Multiple issues due to poor build quality and questionable maintenance/servicing being done, despite us sticking to the service schedule. Second V80 has also had a transmission failure at 50000km, warranty claim refused , citing "clutch failure- wear and tear". The vehicle is automatic, with no clutch pedal however they weasel out of covering this saying it's an "automated manual" Service atrocious, we've had an account for 2 years which as at now is fully clear yet they closed it demanding cash payment for the transmission repair which should have been done under warranty , effectively holding the vehicle at ransom. Escalated to their so called "National Service Manager -LDV" who appears to be a bot from China as he has replied to our concerns with a YouTube video and some comments about driving the vehicle with the door open. To top it off they took our vehicle for several drives considerable distance from their workshop breaking speed limits in the process as can be verified by GPS records BUYER BEWARE - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Lesson learnt- stick to reputable brands.

Very good service went in for a test drive of a t60 Ute asked what colour and transmission type I would like, drove out a week later with a brand new t60 elite with a 6 speed manual gearbox love it . Even gave $5000 trade on my old bomb. Special thanks to Jake and the finance team highly recommend.
